The ABPsi is a 40-year-old, 501(c)(3)-membership organization based in Washington D.C. with chapters throughout the United States, and a small cadre of international members.

The fortieth annual international convention of the ABPsi will be held at the Oakland Marriott City Center, 1001 Broadway, Oakland, CA, July 31 to August 5, 2008. Participants will include practicing psychologists, university professors, health care professionals, educators, researchers and students.
