Audrey Townsel
My name is Audrey Townsel and I currently hold the position of Membership Chair for the ABPsi Student Circle. A native of Memphis, TN, I received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master’s of Health Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I am pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Currently, I am completing my internship at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
I graciously accept my responsibilities as Membership Chair and look forward to being a part of the movement of increasing the knowledge of the psychological needs of the African American community. I hope to make an impact on the growth of the organization and increasing the involvement of current members. I seek to secure membership benefits for all members and make ABPsi appealing for potential members through strategic marketing plans and increasing the knowledge of our organization’s mission, goals, and values.
