As the SC Strategic Planning Committee Chair I would like to invite student participation in planning the Student Circle events for our 40th Anniversary Celebration during the 2008 Annual International Convention being held August 11 - 16, 2008 in Oakland, CA. Please review the information below and let me know if you are interested in participating.
The Student Circle Strategic Planning Committee's primary responsibility is to assist the ABPsi Strategic Planning Committee with developing a variety of novel ideas that will help improve the organizations fulfillment of its stated mission:
"The Association of Black Psychologists' mission is the liberation of the African Mind, empowerment of the African Character, and enlivenment and illumination of the African Spirit."
This is a powerful task and would benefit from the innovative ideas that only YOU can provide.
