Individual Call-In, Tax Exempt organizations
We have informed our Reservation Department that individuals will be making their own reservations. If you need assistance, individuals may call Hardrock’s In-House Reservations Office at 386-947-7300 and ask for the name of the Group by Monday, July 7, 2025.
The individual must have the following information:
- Name of Group(Association of Black Psychologists) – Online booking link may be created upon request
- Arrival and departure date
- Room type request
- Number of people and names in the room
- Credit card for first night deposit
- Any other preferences
- E-mail address and/or phone number
All rooms outlined will be considered guaranteed for the entire length of the stay. At the cut-off date of Monday, July 7, 2025. After the cut-off date reservations will be accepted on a space available basis, at the higher rate available at that time.
